Christ Born of Mary
Matthew 1: ¹⁸ Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. ¹⁹ Then Joseph her husband, being ^[f]a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly. ²⁰ But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is ^[g]conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. ²¹ And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name ^[h]Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.” ²² So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: ²³ “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel,” which is translated, “God with us.” ²⁴ Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep, did as the angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his wife, ²⁵ and ^[i]did not know her till she had brought forth her^[j] firstborn Son. And he called His name Jesus.
What we have just read is a mystery of God of Christs incarnation, we need to adorn, not to be pried into, like how are the bones developed and when does the blood enter the new body. Jesus was formed in the womb giving the blood of life to all to live and breath. We are not an accident Ecclesiastes 11:^5 says, As you do not know what is the way of the ^[a]wind, Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child, So you do not know the works of God who makes everything. It is still a secret how Life develops in the womb for which we can be thankful fo if we knew we would be scared for sure. 
Here we see Mary espoused to Joseph, not yet completely married, for Christ was born of a virgin that was betrothed, which was honorable above all. Joseph was a carpenter, so Jesus was going to be the Son of a Carpenter.  Joseph was a just man and Mary was a virtuous woman, before they came together, when she was found with child by the Holy Spirit. She was with Elizabeth for 3 months as we see in Luke 1:39 to 45 ³⁹ Now Mary arose in those days and went into the hill country with haste, to a city of Judah, ⁴⁰ and entered the house of Zacharias and greeted Elizabeth. ⁴¹ And it happened, when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, that the babe leaped in her womb; and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. ⁴² Then she spoke out with a loud voice and said, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! ⁴³ But why is this granted to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? ⁴⁴ For indeed, as soon as the voice of your greeting sounded in my ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy. ⁴⁵ Blessed is she who ^[h]believed, for there will be a fulfillment of those things which were told her from the Lord.” Here we see Mary wanting to hide what was going on in her body and went to stay with Elizabeth three months, yet we can’t hide the presence of God in our lives, for He is going to make himself known. Never was a daughter of Eve so blessed as Mary as she was entrusted by God to take care of the Son of God with-in her. Elizabeth found a blessing from Mary as her babe leaped within her and she was filled with the Holy Spirit. I hope we are wanting the Holy Spirits will to manifest Himself to all of us, in the day we are living in. So that we know without a shadow of doubt, God is in control to give us the assurance, He is in charge of all that is going on with lawlessness we see around the world. 

Now Joseph’s was still in a state of perplexity very confused as he was not willing to make it public.  He no doubt knew the law Deuteronomy 22:23-24  ²³ “If a young woman who is a virgin is betrothed to a husband, and a man finds her in the city and lies with her, ²⁴ then you shall bring them both out to the gate of that city, and you shall stone them to death with stones, the young woman because she did not cry out in the city, and the man because he humbled his neighbor’s wife; so you shall put away the evil from among you. Joseph did not want to make public what was going on and did not want to expose her. He knew the Rigor of the law and it is sometimes the height of injustices, for those found guilty could be restored with the spirit of meekness. He put her away privately. Christians; love and prudence will hide a multitude of sins. Matthew 1:20-21 ²⁰ But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is ^[g]conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. ²¹ And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name ^[h]Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”  Here we see God is directing Joseph thoughts and is very thoughtful, it is not the unthinking who God is ministering to. It is those who are aware of sins addictions and lust for evil that God ministers heal and forgiveness to. Here is Joseph who God delights in blessing as an angel speaks to Joseph Ministering to him in a dream. By the Spirit of God as God moves upon him to calm the waters. Joseph proceeds to Marry Mary. He knows the son will be a son of David  as He said, fear not He will be a carpenter Son. So here he is thinnking positively  as he values him self as he takes Marry for His wife. Not going to be a child from whoredom so do not fear. He might of heard Mary tell Elizabeth the Magnificent of Luke 1 ⁴⁶ And Mary said:
“My soul ^[i]magnifies the Lord,
⁴⁷ And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior.
⁴⁸ For He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant;
For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed.
⁴⁹ For He who is mighty has done great things for me,
And holy is His name.
⁵⁰ And His mercy is on those who fear Him
From generation to generation.
⁵¹ He has shown strength with His arm;
He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.
⁵² He has put down the mighty from their thrones,
And exalted the lowly.
⁵³ He has filled the hungry with good things,
And the rich He has sent away empty.
⁵⁴ He has helped His servant Israel,
In remembrance of His mercy,
⁵⁵ As He spoke to our fathers,
To Abraham and to his seed forever.”
 Do you see Joseph’s faith as he feared not, for the Lord was going to deliver him from any type of fear.  He is informed in two ways. 1. He is concerned with the power of the Holy Spirit. Hebrews 10:5-6 ⁵ And you have forgotten the exhortation which speaks to you as to sons: “My son, do not despise the^[c]chastening of the Lord,
Nor be discouraged when you are rebuked by Him;
⁶ For whom the Lord loves He chastens,
And scourges every son whom He receives.” Then in Galatians ⁴ But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born^[a] of a woman, born under the law, ⁵ to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. Then another verse in 1 Corinthians 15:47⁴⁷ The first man was of the earth, made^[a] of dust; the second Man is ^[b]the Lord from heaven. Adam was made from dust as God formed man of dirt and breath into his nostrils air and He became a living being. Not Jesus, He was born from the seed of the Holy Spirit in the life of Marry, giving us all eternal life, as we accept the Lord as savior. God wants us all to escape corruption and the pollution as He was conceived in and shaped in, not iniquity, but in light of life abundant living. What a wonder for the world to see and know. Notice she hid what she experienced in her heart, but God sent an angel to attest to her Baby. As she bought forth a Son, the Savior into this world of sin and shame.  To be continued
