Where does our help come from!
Matthew 6
New King James Version is a book showing God is giving us the opportunity to search our own hearts to see if we need help.  We are here cautioned, I. Against hypocrisy; we must not be as the hypocrites are, nor do as the hypocrites do. 1. In the giving of alms, Matt. 6:1-4. 2. In prayer, Matt. 6:5-8. We are here taught what to pray for, and how to pray (Matt. 6:9-13); and to forgive in prayer, Matt. 6:14, 15. 3. In fasting, Matt. 6:16-18. II. Against worldly-mindedness, 1. In our choice, which is the destroying sin of hypocrites, Matt. 6:19-24. 2. In our cares, which is the disquieting sin of many good Christians, Matt. 6:25-34.
“Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven. Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you [a]openly. Take heed of how we give, for it can be sinful? 1. We are in great danger of; it is a subtle sin; vain-glory insinuates itself into what we need to be aware. The disciples would be tempted to it by the power they had to do many wondrous works, and their living with some that admired them and others that despised them, both which are temptations to covet making a fair show in the flesh. 2. It is a sin we are in great danger of. Take heed of hypocrisy, for if it reigns in you, it will ruin you. It is the dead fly that spoils the whole box of precious ointment.
The Model Prayer
“And when you pray, you shall not be like the [b]hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. It is so easy in the natural to want to be heard, so you can get the praise of man, but we need the praise of Gods will to be done in our lives. Then as Christian we can have an impact in the Kingdom of God. It is not our will, but Gods will be done that brings use out of the rut of total pride. Pr(i)de is always concerned with I. There are 57 verses warning against pride  Proverbs 8:13 The fear of the Lord is to hate evil; Pride and arrogance and the evil way And the perverse mouth I hate.
Proverbs 11:2 When pride comes, then comes shame; But with the humble is wisdom.
Daniel 4:37 Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down.
Zephaniah 3:11 In that day you shall not be shamed for any of your deeds In which you transgress against Me; For then I will take away from your midst Those who rejoice in your pride, And you shall no longer be haughty In My holy mountain.
1 John 2:16  For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world.

There are 57 warnings of being proud in the Bible 1 Peter 5:5
Submit to God, Resist the Devil
Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”
Let’s make sure we are sincerely understanding of the fact we need help and where does it come from? The Lord.
But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you [c]openly. Are you seeing what is going on today with who can you trust. The news is bent on telling you their opinion of what they see. This is shattering the truth for we see and have to make judgement of what we see. We are seeing the truth as a lie and lies, as if they are the Truth. So we have no justice today that brings order out of the ugliness we see every day. Can you see we need to pray more than ever that we see imagination, times vividness, equals reality of the truth? Only God can give us the assurance we need to make sure we are seeing the way, truth and life that is found as we study the Bible.   And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. It is so easy to feel the more you repeat yourself the more someone is going to listen. Vain repetitions are very common to do as it was with Eve listening to Satan. Go ahead eat it you will be come as god, this was repeated again and again until she believed and took what she saw. Lord help us to know that love is one word that is followed by action of doing. You can say I love you again and again, but can we show by our actions and behavior we really love in spite of the circumstance.
“Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. What a statement do not be like them? They do not know what they are doing to themselves and to God with their unbelief. So now God is going to give us His reason we need to pray In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Heaven is a beautiful place full of glory and grace I want to see my savior face Heaven is a beauty place, even now as we walk by faith not be sight.  They that worship God worship Him in Spirit and in truth. That’s the simple reason we are abiding in the vine Jesus, so we can bear forth fruit and not be cut off the vine, but cling to the vine by faith I can’t but God can.
