As a Church we are dealing with mental Health issues much of the time. Depression is going to happen when we lose our appetite to eat and can't sleep, or just feel lousy and everything becomes negative, something is wrong. That is when you need help and who better to go to then the Lord, for He created us to deal with the problems of sins consequences of lusting for evil. Do you see the good of how God created you for goodwill and peace? Are you seeing your life is not in your hands to do as you please, but in God’s hands to do what He pleases? 
Do you know who you are, where you are and what your preparing to become like, God or automatically the Devil for that takes no work? Do you know how to be safe at all times, without fear of mankind? 
Are you apart of a body of Christ; the Church that gives you relationship, with other human beings with problems also? No one is on an Island by themselves, so keep connect to God and one another like-minded as you! Everyone has an anxiety level for that is normal and you have a need to feel safe in who you talk to as they have the same problems. That's the reason we need Christian relationship that challenge us to continue in the ways of the Lord, as He knows the way through the wilderness of lusting for sin.
I hope you able to talk about your problems to your pastor and they are kept in confidence, so hurts are healed by Gods, forgiving, power and life.
How do you get compassion is important for without love we are nothing but junkies. You and I are not able to solve problems without the guidance and empowerment of the Lord. Are you hearing the truth, God loved you in the beginning and said, do not eat of that tree, or you’re going to die! That is hard, but love is an action, for it is being able to discipline oneself to do what is right and that is more work today than even at birth, for we have had many experiences of doing right, but in a wrong way. Lord help us to want, what man has always needed. Truth of being even before counselors, or mental health people, that is help us see the light of your glory and grace. Remember Eve saw, desire the fruit God forbid and took and gave to Adam and they both ate and had to hide from God.  

Are you really the answer to all your health needs? No, we have Doctors, Dentist, Hospitals, fire departments dealing with out of control fires, and now uncontrollably health issues. So, we are living with care providers and the Church is Gods Hospital for the total body, soul and spirits emergencies. Now we can’t gather in the Church to pray and testify of Gods redeeming power, but are dependent upon U tube, streaming on Facebook, Snap Chat, or Tweeter, Instagram or phone calls to give life support at the greatest degree for those suffering psychologically, sociologically, or theologically. God created us and has the answers to man’s perplexities, as we draw closer to the Lord and listen to His remedy. We can’t be together yet in a Church, but remember we are the Church as we abide in Christ the way, truth and life.
How do you feel about what you’re getting from life?  Can you recreate yourself, can you forgive yourself of problems, can you really solve mental health concerns? No; the more mental institutions we have it seems the sicker we get, for the simple reason God is not in the equation? Do we understand this and have the wisdom and knowledge to accept the fact, I can't, but God can? We need to see one another as important, we are to one another, so we can feel good about what we are facing in reality, with coronavirus. It is so important our spirits are connected to God, by how we worship, reverence, have faith and hope in God, to answer our prayers to become more like Him, who created us all for goodwill and peace. 
Forgiveness comes from God as we call upon Him and become a part of a Church that believes in Gods ability to answer prayers according to His perfect will. 
Let's not be a part of the problems and the cause of mental health breakdown. Let's stay connect to the King of King and the Lord of Lords, so our light never goes out, or become dim. Becoming involved in a Church, Let’s let God have control as leaders empowering people with total control with the Authority of Gods, will.
Do not accept failure, for God does not make us worse and bitter, but better and better as we grow in knowledge and understanding of Gods, wisdom to become more like Him the closer we walk with Him and communicate with Him. When we can’t communicate nothing happens, so listen to the coach who still knows what makes you tick and talk. Blessing to you this beautiful day December 10-2022.
