After reading this I felt it needed to be posted on my web site for all to see for we are in a battle of good over evil.

Supernatural: Good and Evil
Nathele Graham - twotug@embarqmail.com

Many Christians tend to see things with an "either or" mindset. Either something is good or it's bad. The distinction between good and bad is usually dictated by a particular denomination. Too often denominational teachings aren't as Biblical as they should be. God's word is the authority and it hasn't changed. Every Christian needs to look at all things through the lens of Scripture and act in a Biblical way. For instance, Scripture says not to judge. On the other hand it also says we are to discern. There's a fine line between discernment and judgment, and God gave us Scripture to use as a guide for our own actions and to discern the actions of others. We cannot expect people who haven't accepted Christ to act according to Scripture, and we cannot allow them to be members of a congregation. Unfortunately there's a lot of un-Scriptural ways entering into many congregations because Christians are so afraid of judging that they forget to discern. Even people who claim to be Christians embrace sin and must turn away from it or leave the congregation. Satan is trying hard to destroy the Christian faith.

Jesus related a series of parables regarding the Kingdom of God and one warns of satanic forces entering congregations. "Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way." Matthew 13:24-25. Jesus gives the interpretation of this parable. The One who sows the good seed is the Son of man (Jesus), the field is the world, the good seeds are the "children of the kingdom", and the tares are the children of the wicked one (see Matthew 13:37-43). This "infiltration" by the enemy is growing as God's truth is being ignored by Christians. As Christians sleep, Satan grows strong. We can't control the tares of the world, but we need to control ourselves and what is allowed into our congregations. Only Scripture will help you discern the difference between good and evil so as not to allow the tares to take over. If a non-believer wants to become a part of a Christian fellowship, they must first accept Christ and turn from their wicked ways. The battle is real, but it's a supernatural war we're in.

The Merriam-Webster online dictionary defines supernatural as "1) relating to an order of existence beyond the visible observable universe. Especially of or relating to God or a god, demigod, spirit, or devil. 2) (a) departing from what is usual or normal especially so as to appear to transcend the laws of nature (b) attributed to an invisible agent (such as a ghost or spirit). Scripture tells us to stay away from certain things, such as drug use and witchcraft, because both allow demonic, supernatural forces to influence our lives. There are many other things which need to be avoided in order to serve the Lord. "Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lascivousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God." Galatians 5:19-21. This is a short list of satanic practices which are the tares infiltrating Christian congregations. If you look up these words in a good concordance you'll see that many of these practices (such as homosexuality and other sexual sin) have a stronghold in Christian congregations. The word "witchcraft" is from the Greek word "pharmakeia" which is using or administering drugs, poisoning, and magical arts. Be very careful when taking drugs that alter your mind and behavior...prescription or non-prescription. When a person comes to Christ there must be an attitude change as well as a heart change. Jesus forgives all sin, but there can be no forgiveness without repentance.

"MOTHERS DAY"  E-mail

“Mothers Day”

This is a day we get to honor women that God created from the rib of a man to be joined together in a marriage designed by God as He saw man needed a friend to communicate with. Genesis 2:21 And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. 22 Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from man He [h]made into a woman, and He brought her to the man.
23 And Adam said:
“This is now bone of my bones
And flesh of my flesh;
She shall be called [i]Woman,
Because she was taken out of [j]Man.”
24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be[k] joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.
25 And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
Now we go to the 3rdchapter of Genesis which is the saddest for up to this time everything God created was good, but now Satan is out to destroy all God created good. Paul tells us in Romans 5:12 By one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin, so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned.
Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”
And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ”
Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”
So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was [a]pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves [b]coverings.
And they heard the [c]sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the [d]cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden.
Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, “Where are you?”
10 So he said, “I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself.”
11 And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat?”
12 Then the man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I ate.”
13 And the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?”
The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”
14 So the Lord God said to the serpent:
“Because you have done this,
You are cursed more than all cattle,
And more than every beast of the field;
On your belly you shall go,
And you shall eat dust
All the days of your life.
15 And I will put enmity
Between you and the woman,
And between your seed and her Seed;
He shall bruise your head,
And you shall bruise His heel.”
16 To the woman He said:
“I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception;
In pain you shall bring forth children;
Your desire shall be [e]for your husband,
And he shall rule over you.”
17 Then to Adam He said, “Because you have heeded the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree of which I commanded you, saying, ‘You shall not eat of it’:
“Cursed is the ground for your sake;
In toil you shall eat of it
All the days of your life.
18 Both thorns and thistles it shall [f]bring forth for you,
And you shall eat the herb of the field.
19 In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread
Till you return to the ground,
For out of it you were taken;
For dust you are,
And to dust you shall return.”
20 And Adam called his wife’s name Eve,[g] because she was the mother of all living.
21 Also for Adam and his wife the Lord God made tunics of skin, and clothed them.
22 Then the Lord God said, “Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever”— 23 therefore the Lord God sent him out of the garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken. 24 So He drove out the man; and He placed cherubim at the east of the garden of Eden, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to guard the way to the tree of life.
What a story that is still being acted out as women around the world are being instruments of a mothers love or instruments of being controlled by Satan and all his forces of evil.

Called to Serve
We just attended the Northwest District Ministers Network in  Idaho and Heard our Superintendent of the Assemblies of God give a message on the Church has a mission and it is not political but a spiritual message Jesus saves Then in Assemblies of God ministers letter Doug Clay wrote about our Church Family which I agree with 100% God is the reason we are alive as a Temple of the Lord gathered in a building known as the Church. I am so thank full the Lord knows what is best for His chosen and elect people out of this world of mankind. So this is the way I see the Church being alive and well on planet earth.
Our Church is our family it is the greatest institution God has blest us to become apart of for it is His family He is married to. We are as good as the God whom we serve and Jesus is our brother and the Holy Spirit of God is what God gave to us all as He ascended back to heaven. As a Father God knows the impact of His Son; Jesus to the  bride He is married to now on earth and latter after He comes again to receive us in to the wedding of the bide in Heavens glory.
Let’s make sure we focus on our relationship to God so our spiritual life is renewed daily. Just as David cried out to God for forgiveness and he quoted Psalms 19:7The instructions of the Lord are perfect, reviving the soul. That is impossible withoutknowing the Lord our God, who gave us His Son who was perfect, so we can become more and more like Him, who is perfect. It is not perfection people need, but forgiveness so they become better and better as they are willing to forgive others their trespasses.

END OF DAYS!  E-mail

Matthew 24 will allow us to see the importance of the reason Jesus came to give us life as we accept His will for our lives so we can be able to go through what we need to in the day we are living in. Jesus ministry was not only practical but it was prophetical as He was at the close of His ministry. The Lord wants mankind to always be grounded in the truth of His word, so we are prepared for whatever comes our way in the world we live in. We are seeing what Jesus prophesied beginning to happen as Israel’s neighbors are out to destroy them and the Churches around the world. Lord help us to be prepared for the onslaught of the enemy on God’s creation.
24 Then Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and His disciples came up to show Him the buildings of the temple. And Jesus said to them, “Do you not see all these things? Assuredly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down.” Notice Jesus departed leaving the Temple for in three days the veil of the Temple was going to be torn from top to bottom. The people were going to drive Jesus away and the Temple was going to be destroyed; made waste. Jesus did not leave the Disciples who were going to make up the future temple of the Church. Jesus is always wanting us to feel secure and here before they even asked Him a question, He lets them know this is a new beginning for the Church, it is now not the law, but faith in God which the law taught us. Lord help us to see what is going on so we are not caught off guard, but know the truth. Thank the Lord many times what we see is good for us, like what the Disciples saw in the Temple. God is wanting us to be assured He is in control and is always looking out for our goodwill and peace, regardless of how much evil surrounds us or problems be set us. So, the Lord is letting the Disciples know the glory was going to leave the temple as He is going to be glorified by the Resurrection power of the Spirit of God. This was certainly confusing to the Disciples for they thought Jesus was going to be the Messiah of the world now. The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age. Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”Here Jesus is on the most holy site of Jerusalem and the disciples are beginning to wonder what is going on with the temple being destroyed and the end of the law people will have no hope. They just like we today, can’t see what is happening, for we to are at another area of life when people are questioning where is God?
And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. Just as the Disciples are warned to take heed, so do we living in theses evil days where lawlessness had increased. We are hearing fake news broadcast on the news for we seem to not what to know the truth and how it sets us free. Marriage is still Gods blessing upon man. To get along in harmony is still a blessing God gave us all. To have children is still the greatest reward of marriage yet. To obey the Lord is still a blessing to our lives and everyone we are around. Satan is sly and wants us to believe a lie you can be like God, do want you want? No that is being addicted and bound by the chains of sins evil works, and can’t be ashamed for wrong attitudes and behavior. It is never our right to do what we want to do, we are created to do His will and let Him have His way, so we can all achieve our potential in the Lord.

GREEN OR DRY? ALIVE OR DEAD? HEAVEN OR HELL?  E-mail
Contributed by Jerral Campfield
Saturday, 20 April 2019

This is Easter Sunday is a time to celebrate the Resurrection of the Lord from the grave and Luke gives us an account of what happen Luke 23:1-26 23 Then the whole multitude of them arose and led Him to Pilate. And they began to accuse Him, saying, “We found this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to pay taxes to Caesar, saying that He Himself is Christ, a King.”

Then Pilate asked Him, saying, “Are You the King of the Jews?”

He answered him and said, It is as you say.”

So Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowd, “I find no fault in this Man.”

But they were the more fierce, saying, “He stirs up the people, teaching throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee to this place.”

When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked if the Man were a Galilean. And as soon as he knew that He belonged to Herod’s jurisdiction, he sent Him to Herod, who was also in Jerusalem at that time. Now when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceedingly glad; for he had desired for a long time to see Him, because he had heard many things about Him, and he hoped to see some miracle done by Him. Then he questioned Him with many words, but He answered him nothing. 10 And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently accused Him. 11 Then Herod, with his men of war, treated Him with contempt and mocked Him, arrayed Him in a gorgeous robe, and sent Him back to Pilate. 12 That very day Pilate and Herod became friends with each other, for previously they had been at enmity with each other.

13 Then Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests, the rulers, and the people, 14 said to them, “You have brought this Man to me, as one who misleads the people. And indeed, having examined Him in your presence, I have found no fault in this Man concerning those things of which you accuse Him; 15 no, neither did Herod, for I sent you back to him; and indeed nothing deserving of death has been done by Him. 16 I will therefore chastise Him and release Him 17 (for it was necessary for him to release one to them at the feast).

18 And they all cried out at once, saying, “Away with this Man, and release to us Barabbas”— 19 who had been thrown into prison for a certain rebellion made in the city, and for murder.

20 Pilate, therefore, wishing to release Jesus, again called out to them. 21 But they shouted, saying, “Crucify Him, crucify Him!”

22 Then he said to them the third time, “Why, what evil has He done? I have found no reason for death in Him. I will therefore chastise Him and let Him go.”

23 But they were insistent, demanding with loud voices that He be crucified. And the voices of these men and of the chief priests prevailed. 24 So Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they requested. 25 And he released to them the one they requested, who for rebellion and murder had been thrown into prison; but he delivered Jesus to their will.

 27 And a great multitude of the people followed Him, and women who also mourned and lamented Him. 28 But Jesus, turning to them, said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for Me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.29 For indeed the days are coming in which they will say, ‘Blessed are the barren, wombs that never bore, and breasts which never nursed!’ 30 Then they will begin‘to say to the mountains, “Fall on us!” and to the hills, “Cover us!” ’ 31 For if they do these things in the green wood, what will be done in the dry?”

Sap is a tree's lifeblood; it carries the required nutrition from the roots out to the far ends of the branches and leaves. When wood is cut from the tree, the sap no longer runs as it did in the living wood so becomes dry wood. Thank the Lord He proved who He was, as He is between two other malefactors one on the right and the other the left. Notice what happened to one of the men on the cross in Luke 23:39 Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, [j]“If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us.”

40 But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? 41 And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong.” 42 Then he said to Jesus, “Lord, remember me when You come into Your kingdom.”

43 And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”
