There is no question that Satan has his favorite tactics and has areas where he commonly attacks God’s servants and God’s church. Paul was cautious so as not to be outwitted by the enemy of his soul. He knew the devil’s schemes and was aware when Satan was planting seeds of destruction or was attacking outright to bring great injury to a person or a church.
Biblical Loyalties
As servants, we can experience our God ordained place, our unique calling, our assignment(s), and our destiny. We are fathers, mothers, employers, employees, pastors, private citizens, etc. These various roles require different things from us, and we can operate in God’s will as we serve in these areas.
In the same way, God has other unique spiritual assignments and servant leadership roles for us. He is constantly preparing us and giving us experiences and spiritual gifts in order that we may be ready to serve in His kingdom. Knowing who we are in Christ and understanding where God has placed us is part of knowing the will of God. I’m often asked how to practically determine God’s will – what should be our priorities when walking in His will?  My thinking goes this way . . . I try to understand my role as a pastor, Christian leader, husband, father, grandfather, employer or employee. Along with this I prepare myself for the unseen battle from the enemy to attack and endeavor to deceive me.
In his instruction on how to wear the armor of God, Paul reminds us, “stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.  Stand firm . . .” (Ephesians 6:13b-14a).  Peter tells us to, Resist him [the devil] standing firmin the faith” (1 Peter 5:9).  James instructs us to, “Submit yourselves therefore to God, Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (James 4:7) (emphasis mine).
  • Stand – hold our ground; understand our role and stick to it. Knowing who we are and knowing God’s assignment for us is critical as we fight the enemy who is constantly watching.
  • Resist – not budging on the truth; relying on Jesus and trusting God who has called you to a unique role in His kingdom.
This includes our understanding of the particular place where God has assigned us. For instance: the pastor understands the importance of the Bible study leaders; Bible study leaders understand that they are not the pastor of the church. Along with our understanding, we have duties. Working outside of the area God has for us, opens us up to the enemy’s tactics.
Pastors (and others) can suffer because of unjust criticism, antagonistic “Christians,” and divisive people who attack them in any number of ways. These attackers often think they know more than the pastor or that they could do the pastor’s job better than him or her. Pastors have a unique calling and sacred trust to be servant leaders to their congregations. The Bible is full of verses that tell us how the Lord protects His leaders, such as, “Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand” (Psalm 20:6), “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still” (Exodus 14:14), “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17), “Now this I know: The Lord gives victory to his anointed. He answers him from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand” (Psalm 20:6).
It is dangerous, however, when Christian leaders get “puffed up” and see themselves as kings and queens over a kingdom
In a moment of time, Saul realized he was not Samuel and had no right trying to do what God had called only Samuel to do. Saul’s rebellion to do what Samuel had asked him to do caused a downward spiral in Saul’s life.
Many ignore and neglect their own walk as God has revealed it to them and focus instead on another person’s mission. In doing this, they often distract, confuse, and even injure the unique calling of others. Our primary focus and loyalty should be to fulfill our personal calling. Are we a reliable husband, father, wife, mother, pastor, citizen, etc.?  We are responsible to God for how we fulfill the role He assigns us. Others are responsible to God for themselves.

14 What about it then? Can we say that God is not fair? No, not at all! God is answering this question all the time, he is fair the rain and sun falls on all. Cold is cold and warm is warm to all. We have a lot more in common than anything else God created for we have eyes that see, ears that hear, feeling that are real a mouth that we can taste and speak our minds, that the animal world does not have and around the world we are seeing destruction of all righteousness and people doing whatever they want. God created us to get along and have goodwill and peace for all and that can be denied, yet we enjoy lusting for what we think will make us happy and happiness is not in thing it is in knowing our creator and letting Him have His way that bring joy unspeakable and full of glory and it only happens as I trust God and obey His word not Satan’s for he does not know the truth.15 God said to Moses, “I will have loving-kindness and loving-pity for anyone I want to.” Are you seeing the power of your creator God, He is in control of our universe and wants to control mankind and all we have to do is let Him rule and reign and that is against our human nature ,for we want to control our imagination, memory, reason ,conscience and affection according to who we worship, reverence and have our faith and hope in to satisfy our longing of enjoyment at the time. More people worship and serve the enemy of their souls, and are never able to have a good healthy self-image and that is seen by how many mental health organizations we have to try and make people feel good. They do not work just like AA programs do not work without teaching God can give us a new mind set to want to do right and get off the wrong track.
God does not lack in love, mercy and grace for it is extended to all what mankind has to do is accept what God has given to all. Like the air we breathe is given to all. The water we drink is supplied to all free we have to drink. The flesh He covered or bodies with keeps out all infection when we keep it clean. So God gave us all mercy and grace that needs to be accepted as we abide in the vine; Jesus just as John described so will. Who are we abiding in is the question. God wants us to feel sorry for the way we discard the way, truth and life so we are challenged to stop sinning and let God empower us to follow Him and experience Hid mercy, love and grace as we keep washed in the blood of the Lamb of God. God is sovereign and omnipotent totally in charge of giving out His gift and it is those who call to Him are given the precious promises of Gods.
16 These good things from God are not given to someone because he wants them or works to get them. They are given because of His loving-kindness. What a statement salvation, purity and holiness is not caused by what we do it is cause by who we serve. It is God that has given us goodwill and peaceIt seems the harder we work at being good and pleasant the harder it becomes for we can’t be good. Then when I accept God He can help me become more and more like Him s my relationship to God grows. That is the reason we are growing in grace love and mercy of the Lords not in the favor of mankind. To please God is the beginning of wisdom that comes from fearing God. God wants us to experience His Holy Spirit so we are full of Godliness and sin can’t get in. The Holy Spirit was given so His Spirit could be with us all to empower us to wait, watch and see, so we see His glory in. what we do and say that brings a satisfaction the Devil; Satan or all His demons can’t give. 17 The Holy Writings say to Pharaoh, “I made you leader for this reason: I used you to show My power. I used you to make My name known over all the world.” God raised Pharaoh up as a leader to test Moses. God allows leader to rule and reign, they are not always wanting good to happen but like Pharaoh put Egyptian in charge of the Jews so today look at all the nations against Israel God is still allowing. God is in control and is ready to show His power to rapture the Church and let the Jews and the world that does not believe go through 7 years of persecution. Now God let’s sinner do what every they want to and life has changed is what News Personalities are saying. 18 So God has loving-kindness for those He wants to. He makes some have hard hearts if He wants to. God is not in the forcing business He wants people to choose this day who they will serve. As for me and my house we will serve the Lord was Joshua thoughts. How about you are you force to be addicted to sins wrong are do you want to serve and follow the Lord. It is strange to see people with such hard hearts today that God is using to try people’s hearts. His mercy is always greater than the strongest hearts against Him. God grace is His to give and will not withhold His love from anyone that wants to seek Him for a better way so they can get rid of bitterness that is destroy them and all the relationship they might have. People are thankful for following the Lord people that are not following the Lord have only themselves to blame. God has a promised to all who follow Him to be a blessing, those who do not can’t be a blessing to self and to others. Never forget God is merciful to those who seek His way, truth and life.
19 But you will ask me, “Why does God blame men for what they do? Who can go against what God wants?” It is not God that blames we blame ourselves and it is seen in the low self-esteem many times we have for ourselves. When we blame someone else for or problems it seems like we automatic think we should be in control and we are not in control of others, it is either God or Satan that is in control for we let them!
20 Who are you to talk back to God? A pot being made from, clay does not talk to the man making it and say, “Why did you make me like this?” Look at man we are feeble and weak and foolish thinking we are gods. We need to let God talk to us by His Spirit that is all around us. For Nature shows us there is a power higher than ourselves. We can argue with or creator any more than a cup argue it is a cup regardless of its beauty. We need to submit to God for we are not responsible for no one but ourselves. Nature is what God created it so man is what God created and we need to abide in Him so we can produce goodwill and peace, not war and arguing with our creator for we are not created perfect. We are growing in our relationship that leads to a marriage. 21 The man making the pots has the right to use the clay as he wants to. He can make two pots from the same piece of clay. One can have an important use. The other one can be of little use. God is an awesome od not one finger print alike or ires alike we are all different but all have a body, with five senses, eyes, ears, mouth, nose and feeling; a soul with five senses Conscience, reason, memory, imagination and affections and a spirit with five senses, worship, reverence, faith, hope and prayer. These are all created by God to be used by us to serve and become like God and what we see is the world becoming more and more like our enemies; Satan. Gods sovereignty over us is seen by the Potter has over the clay; Jeremiah 18:6 God has dominion over the Jews and yes even you and I. The only one we should compare ourselves to is Jesus for He does not make mistakes. 22 It may be that God wants to show His power and His anger against sin. He waits a long time on some men who are ready to be destroyed.

Romans 9

Romans 9 is going to prove Justification and Salvation are our as we have faith in God not any other.  It is not by the works of the law, but now grace which give us the assurance needed to know we are in the light. This is seeing the power of predestination applied to all as all people matter to God.
I am telling the truth because I belong to Christ. The Holy Spirit tells my heart that I am not lying. Thank the Lord He is still the way, truth and life and we are assured of it as we abide in the vine; Jesus. To know the Holy Spirit is real is to be able to talk in His tongue, not the tongue of a nation but the family of God. It seems like tongues in Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak in other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. This is not normal this is heavenly language that comes for the Spirit of God Himself. One has to experience what it is like in order to appreciate what God can do in our minds that control the tongue. We all speak the language normally the way our parents talk an d now we are apart of the family of God it is natural to talk in His language or tongue.  I have much sorrow. The pain in my heart never leaves. As Christians we hurt every time we experience rejection of the Spirit of God and the pain never goes away for we want other to experience God wonder and grace to forgive. I could even wish that I might be kept from being with Christ if that would help my people to be saved from the punishment of sin. Here Paul is willing to sacrifice what he has to save someone else from the punishment of sin, willing to give his life that others might be saved. Remember Moses said in Exodus 32:31-32 and Moses returned unto the Lord, and said, Oh, this people have sinned a great sin, and have made them gods of gold. Yet now, if thou wilt forgive their sin, and if not, blot me out of thy book which thou hast written. These are strong words of dedication and commitment to the Lord in the natural realm. They are of my own flesh and blood. Lord help us to see that life is very personal and our tongues are our tongues to speak the way we want and how we feel. It is very difficult to put one in the same package as someone else. In fact, it is impossible for us to explain how someone reacts to the experience others have? Lord help me to relax in what I have experience as I abide in You. They are Jews and are the people God chose for Himself. He shared His shining-greatness with them and gave them His Law and a way to worship. They have His promises. These are Jews Gods seed from Abraham and Jacob His chosen adopted into the family of God. Not their own but Gods as they obey the law to keep happy and blessed. Giving the right to glory in Gods ark of the covenant between the Cherubim and at Sinai the law. This was the glory of Israel to be guided by the Cloud by day and the fire at night. It is a covenant of peculiarity or strange as it is a type of grace by the giving of the law, Obey the law and receive forgiveness by grace.  The Jews had the temple, altars, priest, sacrifices, feasts and the institution relating to them to be honored above all else. They knew they were serving the true God not under bandage of sins rule by Rome. Thank the Lord their imagination, memory, consequences, reason were all wrapped up in affection towards God as their spirits worshipped, reverenced, faith and hope in God to answer their prayers. It was the law that gave them assurance of being delivered from evil. The early preachers came from this family. Christ Himself was born of flesh from this family and He is over all things. May God be honored and thanked forever. Let it be so. Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob were followers of God and where the early preachers. For God blessed them in their humanity and made them Spiritual being as they obeyed the law. So, God sent His Son Jesus to live among is but in the Old Testament He revealed the law to Moses which was given by God to be obeyed and when people did they were blessed beyond measure. Here Jesus came as a Jewish man that was born as a human baby devoted to doing His Father Gods business. This was very humbling for here He was a part of the God head becoming a man, all for the sake of His following as a human being His Father He could be dedicated to His Fathers will and not His own. It seems like greater the suffering the greater the blessing the Lord becomes to those who put their trust in the Lord. It seems like suffering is a part of our lives and it allows us to call upon the Lord so He can give us the assurance all is going to be OK for He is in control. All we have to do is let Him rule and reign in our lives.
I am not saying that God did not keep His promises. Not all the Jews are people God chose for Himself. God has not nor will not lie, Ishmael Haggar son given to Abraham by his wife did, so did Esau for he trespassed and sinned against God. Lord help us to keep our word for it is our life. Lord help us in this age of Grace to make sure we keep abiding in the vine so we can bear good fruit good for all including praying for our enemies. Everyone God created is not good for some do not want God to rule and reign for they want to  be like god able to do whatever they want. The Jews are Gods so is the Church as long as we trust and obey His law, His way, His truth and life, staying away for our way, or our truth an life.
