22 “Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know— 23 Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you [f]have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death; 24 whom God raised up, having [g]loosed the [h]pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it. It is a miracle and Peter wanted Israel to hear these words. He details the history of the life of Christ, who was approved by God and wants them to hear him. He became famous by miracles and wonders and signs of nature He was able to control. Stopping the wind, walking on water, raising from the dead those who died, giving hope to the helpless and much more works for God was with Him. It was you and your lawless hands, that crucified the Lord. Yet it was God that raised Him up out of the grave after being there for three days. This was finished He paid the price for all the sins of the world when people cry out to Him for forgiveness.
Note Psalms 16:8-11 It was not David who was a saint it was God Himself but David is here a type of Christ.
25 For David says concerning Him: It was all fulfilled in God
‘I foresaw the Lord always before my face,
For He is at my right hand, that I may not be shaken. He saw his suffering would rebound abundantly to the honor of God. He is at my right hand, the hand must powerful that upholds and empowers so we are not removed by our lack of trusting the Lord.
26 Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad;
Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope.

Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope.Thank the Lord everything He did was with joy. Even when He was going through great sorrow at the cross. He knows the good that was going to be received by all who believe, and who spoke the truth in love. Is not our tongue our glory or our loss when we do not accept the way, truth and life that is found in trusting and obeying the Lord. To be able to rest in the vine allows us to automatically produce good will and peace to all! We should never feel separated from the body of Christ, but cling to Him. We need to make sure it is the Spirit, soul and body that is understood for the Spirit should be the guiding point or focus, of our lives,

2For You will not leave my soul in Hades,
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.Thank the Lord He is in control when we accept the fact He is who we worship, reverence, have faith and hope in to answer our prayers. Then we will not become involved in sins that destroy our faith, hope and ability to reverence and worship the Lord.
28 You have made known to me the ways of life;
You will make me full of joy in Your presence.’

You will make me full of joy in Your presence.’ Our world is without excuse for nature itself tells us there is a design of order and it can choice what it wants to be. Man is the only one created that has the ability to choose who he is going to be like, Satan or God. When we choose God we have life abundantly and full of joy for the things for the joy of the Lord. One day we are going to be glorified with the joy of perfection we never can expect from this life.
29 “Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. Men and Brethren we have the power to reason; God who loves us wants us to trust and obey, so we can find peace and satisfaction of being in His family as we abide in Him. 30 Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his body, [i]according to the flesh, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne. Here David and Jesus where prophets knowing the power of a prophet and the oath they took was important and to be able to see persecution and acquisitions’ of falsehood cause Him to stand tall as a person seated a the right hand of the Lord to intercede for us.  31 he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption. His soul went to hades to take upon Himself the sins of the whole world but rose victories after three days.  32 This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses.Yes even today the Church knows Jesus is not dead but alive convicting people of sin that will destroy them if not dealt with.  33 Therefore being exalted [j]to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear. God when He is exalted gives us more than anything the world can give to empower us for service in the Kingdom of God. God was going to perform a divine promise he made much earlier. Like 11:13; Matthew 7:11
34 “For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he says himself:
‘The Lord said to my Lord,
“Sit at My right hand,
35 Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.” ’
“Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.” Let everyone know assuredly this truth has now received its full confirmation and we are to publish it. God is alive and what to use his tongue to empower us for service in His Kingdom of Earth. Not proposed as probable, but proposed as absolutely certain. God glorified Him whom they crucified. This aggravates their wickedness they did to Jesus. Yet still today Jesus is both Lord and Christ and is here now going to give them the third part of the trinity the Holy Spirit to give them unction or power to. speak the truth Jesus is alive.
