PROPHECIES IN the Bible  E-mail

I AM GOING TO PRESENT A SERIES OF MESSAGES OF THE REASON PROPHECIES ARE SO IMPORTANT TO KNOW THE TRUTH OF WHAT GOD IS GETTING READY TO DO TO HIS CREATION! I AM BEGINNING WITH PETER, WHO WAS SO HUMAN, HE MADE BIG MISTAKES, BUT HAD A SPIRIT BENT ON FOLLOWING THE LORD.

2 Peter 1:19-21Peter is doing what he could to make sure that he is able to prove that the doctrine of the power and coming of the Lord is not a fable, but true. In the 19thverse he talks about the sure word of the prophecy19 [a]And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts; 20 knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private [a]interpretation,For prophecy came not in old time by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit
The Old Testament is a proof of what is going to happen. Moses and the prophets provided us evidence of miracles from God, when we search the Scriptures we see the hand of the Lord reaching out to mankind. It is important we heed, or pay attention to and let God mold our thinking to His mind. We are now a slave to sin, yet with the heart we obeyed the form of doctrine to which you were delivered by the sacrifice of Jesus upon the cross of Calvary.  Romans 6:17 But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were [a]delivered.
We now use the scripture as a light, so we can see the errors or pitfalls in life. We acknowledge there is darkness, error and wickedness that is natural, we do not have to learn how to sin, so we have to be born again to walk in the spirit of God. It is as the word becomes a light to our hearts that we become more like the Lord. Adam and Eve hid and we must accept the fact we are sinners needing to be saved by Faith in God’s grace. Proverbs 4:18 But the path of the just is like the shining sun, that shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. Lord help us to be surrounded by conviction, then shame is seen, then we are sensitive to what grieves Your heart, so we do not offend Your love. Lord help us to have a private conservation with You and not listen to our own minds, but listen to Your words, that enables us to obey Your will. Then we will know the truth and the truth will set us free from the torments of sins bondages. Lord help us to taste and see that God is good when we are empowered by God to bear forth fruit. It is acknowledging divinity, God, His Son; Jesus and the Holy Spirit that’s our spirits five senses ( Worship, reverence, faith, hope and Prayer) and our souls five sense ( Imagination, conscience, memory, reason and affection) are able to give the bodies five senses (eyes, ears, mouth, nose and feeling) what it needs to be healthy and beneficial to all.
This 2 Peter 1:21 tells us, or informs us how the Old Testament came to be compiled to be compelled with. It is not given by the will of man’s opinion, it is given by the Holy Spirit of God and the prophets penned what is written. Holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. 1. The Holy Spirit inspired and delivered to them by the power, or mind of the Lord. We then mix faith in what the Bible says, that we can become followers of the Lord, wanting to abide in Him, so we are holy men, inspired and influenced and assisted by the Holy Spirit of God to live for His will to be done in our lives.
We are going to see how Israel is being blessed as God promised them in Genesis 12: 2-3 and I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessed. 3. And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee; and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed.
We see in Exodus 1:7
Now the King died and God remember the Israelis cry and the promise He made to Abraham Isaac and Jacob to bless them. So, Moses was keeping the flock of Jethro his Father-in-law and as he is in the Mountains, he sees this bush on fire and not being burnt up but had a voice saying Moses; Moses and he said don’t get closer, take off your shoes for the ground your standing on is Holy ground. I am the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Moses hides his face afraid to look and God I see the affliction of my people as they are under a tough taskmaster. I came down to deliver them out of hands of the Egyptians and their sorrow and am going to give them a good land and a large land full off milk and honey. I see the oppression now come and I will send you to Pharaohs that I can send you forth to sit my people free. Moses said who am I that I should go, God I will be with you Moses, you shall serve the Lord on this mountain. Moses said who am I going to say sent me? God said I am; that I am as sent you. God goes into great detail of how this is going to happen to the greatest degree. Yet Moses say they will not believe me. God said Moses what is in your hand, a rod Moses, God cast it on the ground and it became a serpent and Moses fled from it. Moses pick it up and he did and it became a rod.Now Moses put your hand in your bosom and he did and God said now take it out and it became leprous as snow, Moses put it back in you bosom, he did at it was normal flesh.

Moses they may not believe at first, but they will believe. Moses you will take water out of the river and it will turn to blood. Moses said, but Lord I am not eloquent, I am slow of speech. The Lord said Who made man’s mouth? Teaching them what to say? Who makes the dumb, deaf or the ability to see, have not I. Now therefor go and I will be with your mouth and teach you want to say. Moses oh my Lord send who You will. The Lords anger was kindled against Moses and He said, is not Aron your brother, I know he can speak. He will come to you and be glad, you will speak to him and put words in his mouth and I will be with thy mouth, and teach you want you should do, he will be your spokesmen to the people, He shall be your mouth and thou shalt be to him instead of God. You shall take the rod in your hand wherewith you will do signs. What a story of God’s love for man who feels like he can’t, but God knows He can us anybody that is connected to Him. When Moses got home he meet his wife Zipporah who had cut of her sons’ foreskin and cast it down before Moses, saying surely, you’re a bloody husband to me. This was an act of circumcision a cutting away of flesh that was not needed. The next scene is Moses meeting Aaron kissed him and told him all God said to him. What a show of love for who was in Charge? God. So Moses and Aaron gathered all the Children of Israel together and they all bowed before the Lord. I wonder who do we bow before today?
Are we not weak today as our world seems to be against the truth, way and life that is our as we abide in the vine.
God is always wanting to assure us He is in control even when the task become impossible. The Hebrews have no straw and are expected to make brick let them now work and not complain. They couldn’t do as much and where beaten for not doing enough. We have no straw how can we make brick they said. Here they are in an evil place no mercy shown.  Moses said Lord what are you doing causing so much evil on Your people, why are you sending me? Ever since I talk to Pharaoh he has done evil and you haven’t delivered them. Now Moses you’re going to see? I am Jehovah I will take charge. He tells Moses and Aaron to go to Pharaoh and I will harden his heart and I will show him who I am. Take you rod and cast it down and it will turn into a snake. Pharaohs men did the same and Aarons snakes ate their snakes. But God harden Pharaoh’s heart and he did not let the people go. Then God had Moses and Aaron cast their rod into the water and it became blood along with all the water. Fish die and the rivers stank for seven day, then frogs appear throughout the land at Aarons command then Pharaohs men did likewise. Pharaoh wanted them removed and said I will let your people go. The frogs all die and where gathered in piles and where only in the rivers. The land stank. But Pharaoh still refused to let them go. Then God had Moses and Aaron stretch out the rod and smite the dust of the land and it became lice upon everything. Still no sign of Pharaoh giving in so Moses and Aaron where instructed to send swarms of flies to cover the land. That was not enough so God bought a division the Egyptians sacrificed abominations and Moses and His people sacrificed three day in the Wilderness to God We will pray the flies depart from you all. The Lord did as Moses and Aaron said. Still Pharaohs heart was hardened.  I will not let your people go! Then in the 9 chapter we see all the cattle, horses, camels, oxen and sheep got a disease called murrain which was a plague that killed all the cattle except the Israelis, Still no letting them go so God told Moses and Aaron to take a handful of ashes from the furnace and sprinkle I in the air it became boils upon people and beasts and Pharaoh’s magicians where affected. Still Pharaoh’s would not let them go. This is being so hard hearted and seemingly can’t stop. Must be like what we are seeing around the world with people accepting anything goes.
God told Moses and Aaron now I will send all my plagues with pestilence to cut them off so God sent rain like hail, mingled with fire to kill all the cattle and everything living on earth. Only in the Land of Goshen was spared where the Children of Israel were.
Pharaoh sent for Moses and Aaron I have sinned this time, the Lord is righteous and I and my people are wicked, let there be no more thundering and hail and I will let you go and you shall stay no longer. Ok, as soon as I go out of the city and the thunder will cease and no more hail so you will know the earth is the Lords. Yet I know you will not fear the Lord. Everything was smitten the flax, barley and flax was boiled, but the wheat and the rye were not smitten; for they were not grown up. So when Pharaoh saw this He still sinned yet more and harden his heart and would not let the people go.
The Lord said to Moses and Aaron send locusts that were big that covered the earth eating everything left in the land.  Again, Pharaoh said, I have sinned against the Lord your God and against you. Forgive me this once and intreat for me before your God, The Lord caused a wind to blow the Locusts into the sea. But the Lord harden Pharaoh’s heart. The Lord said to Moses Stretch out your hand toward heaven and their was darkness in all the land, but all the Children of Israel had light in their dwelling. Pharaoh said Go ye, serve the Lord, only let your flocks and your herds by stayed, let your little ones go with you. Yet the Lord harden Pharaoh’s heart and would not let them go. Do not come to me again I do not want to see your face again or you will die. This is so typical of what is going on yet today the world wants to destroy Israel and all the Church which is bring goodwill and peace to our world. Yet the worlds hearts are being harden by God.
To be continued!
