Romans 3 New King James Version (NKJV) Here
Paul is wanting to make sure we understand the way, truth and life about sin
that affects both Jews and Gentiles for everyone is equal as all are sinner in
need of help. God’s Judgment Defended 3 What advantage then has the Jew, or what is the
profit of circumcision? God choose to bless the Jews and anyone that
obeyed the law. Yes, they were privileged and honored to be given a law that
required a lot of work in preparing the sacrifice even of being circumcised. 2 Much
in every way! Chiefly because to them were committed the oracles of God. God not only choose them, but gave them responsibility to obey the lively
oracles or commandments written in the scriptures. The Urim and Thummim, the
logia our breastplate of righteousness. The Old Testament was written in their
own language. So, the Jews had the means of Salvation but did not have a
monopoly of Salvation. What is hard to accept is many did not believe and still
today many do not believe yet. 3 For what if some did not believe? Will their
unbelief make the faithfulness of God without effect? This is a
startling thought and it does not invalidate and over throw the prophecies or
doctrines of the Bible. His word is going to accomplished even through today we
are seeing the lie as truth and the truth as a lie from not only the media but
many within the church world. 4Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar. As it
is written: “That You may be justified in Your
words,
And may overcome when You are judged, God does not
change and is still the same yesterday today and forever. It is man that listen
to a lie in the very beginning and still is full of denial to the truth of Gods
promises. Men are liars, God is the way, truth and life for He has pure, holy,
words to give us assurance we know the truth to be set free of all sin. As we
accept abiding in the vine letting God give us then justification. He allows us
to maintain His Justice, truth and goodness as we have hope, faith, in
worshiping God and reverencing his holy name as we pray for assistance to be
able to run with patience with what God has blest us with. 5 But if our
unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God
unjust who inflicts wrath? (I speak as a man.) 6 Certainly
not! For then how will God judge the world? Carnal hearts
could feel they can do wrong and it is ok for that could be the reason for so
much evil over riding good. God is going to punish sin for it has consequences
and we cannot argue with Gods will. God is going to judge the world and the
sins of the world 7 For if the
truth of God has increased through my lie to His glory, why am I also still
judged as a sinner? Sin is a lie and God hates lies and we can’t
think it is ok to even tell white lies.
Satan is the father of lies and works at us to get us to think it is ok
and it is not. 8 And why not say, “Let
us do evil that good may come”?—as we are slanderously reported and as some
affirm that we say. Their condemnation is just. It is
in the heart that we seem to do evil and feel we are justified by saying so
with our mouths. Could it be we are living in a time of great deception as
ministers are forsaking some doctrines of the Bible like eternal security, no
need of repenting and forsaking evil. We are caught up with entertainment of
the world rather than having a relationship with the Lord that is satisfying.
Remember our Savior was accused to be in league with Beelzebub. Satan’s job is
to cast dirt upon Christian minister and teachers of the world of God. It has
been said, Lay slander thickly on, for some will be sure to stick. The best men
and the best of truths are subject to slander. Blasphemoumetha or blasphemy in
scripture usually signifies the highest degree of Slander, speaking ill of God All Have Sinned 9 What then?
Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously
charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin. What a truth for we are all born into this world of sins evil for it
does not make any difference rather you were born in the time of the Old
Testament you had to sacrifice an animal to atone or provide forgiveness and in
the New Testament one has the opportunity to accept the Sacrifice of God giving
us His Son Jesus to live among us and then to have to die and give of His own
life as the ultimate sacrifice for your sin. Satan wants to bind and addict us
so we sink to the lowest hell so he has control of your sinning. We are guilty
of sinning and only accepting and abiding in the Lord will keep us truly honest
and pure of body, soul and Spirit. 10 As it is
written: “There is none righteous, no, not
one; Psalms 14:1-7 Ps 53:1-3; Isaiah 59:7-8 1.
Habitual Defects. Yet Noah was righteous by grace as He obeyed the Lord and
built the Ark; shelter in the time of storm. 11 There is none who understands; The fault lies in the corruption of the understanding, that is blinded,
depraves, perverted by Satan. It is necessary we present ourselves a living
Sacrifice as Romans 12 1-2 says.There is none who seeks after God. Sinners are fools for not seeking the Lord desiring the Lord in wanting
a relationship. The carnal mind is in control burning with the lust of more of
the world. 12 They have all turned aside; I am confident people to day do not want to know the truth for our
consciences have been seared and we have accepted you do your thing and I will
do mine and we will not bother one another but live happily ever after. This
corruption is apostasy at the greates degree
They have together become unprofitable; Not producing
good fruit but only evil works that is destroying families and relationships
among people. Every defect is the source of evil and need to be cut off.
There is none who does good, no, not one.” This is so
true around the world today as we have witness President Donald Trump in Saudi
Arabia talk about destroying ISIS as it is evil and all evil needs to be
destroyed. 13 “Their throat is an open tomb; Ready to swallow up the poor and innocent wanting to do mischief, just
like Satan wants us to do.
With their tongues they have practiced deceit”; We are
seeing the Serpent seeking whom he can devour for he is the destroyer of all
goodwill and peace
“The poison of asps is under their lips”; Can’t get any worse than this for today who can you trust. Our media and
smart phone are being used to the max by Satan. 14 “Whose mouth is full of cursing and
bitterness.” We are seeing people on TV that do not have
any morals, so anything goes and people are full of bitterness that is driving
people to lawlessness. Christian are given a tongue to worship and praise the
Lord, not to curse God or even others
15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood;
15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood;
We are seeing today ISIS and other forms of
religious beliefs that seem to take great delight in destroying anyone that
does not believe like they do. Yes this has always been the cause in some areas
not it is worldwide. 16 Destruction and misery are in their
ways; We
are seeing terror around the world as people are becoming destructive tearing
down decentcy and morality to be like God instead act like and be like Satan. 17 And the way of peace they have not known.” They have been taught from birth hate is ok and what you hate destroy. I
find people do not want to be treated with disrespect and many just do not
care. 18 “There is no fear of God before their eyes.” Fear is like anger it is our greatest weapons that keeps us connected to
God Holiness and justice. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom and be
angry and do not sin for sin is turning on people and destroying character. Where
no fear of god is, no good can be expected instead wreck and ruin.
19 Now we know
that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every
mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. It was man and women in the garden that desired, took ate and gave then
had to hid from God, we all down throughout time have been born sinners and
need to understand the importance of the law in the Old Testament in animals
paying the price of our justification then in the New Testament the Lord
Himself gave His Son Jesus to become our sacrifice to atone and make us
accepted in His Justification. So in the Old Testament and the New it is faith
in God that gives us justification to accept all He has planned for us.20 Therefore by
the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the
law is the knowledge of sin. It was a
command thou shalt not eat of the fruit of the knowledge of good and evil and
if they did not need justification but know they are sinners the Lord provided
justification as we sacrificed animals in the OT and Accepted by Faith God
sacrifice in the NT. Notice we are flesh and this flesh as seen what faith can
do although out the Bible, as we trust and obey the Lords way, truth and life.
It was the law that revealed and convicted of sin and they hide. It is all
based on our works do we accept or reject the word of God. God’s Righteousness Through Faith 21 But now the righteousness of God apart from the
law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, 22 even
the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all[h] who
believe. Are you seeing it is God that gave us the
law and it is the laws we fail to keep that takes us out of justification,
grace and mercy He has provided when we believe and have faith in God and God
alone. Look around the world and you see the Church is still growing under
persecution all because God hands are outstretched to us still so we can reach
out to Him by faith. Everything we are or hope to be is based upon our
accepting of His way for living under grace love and mercy provided by Gods
bountifulness. For there is no difference; 23 for all
have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 being
justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ
Jesus, 25 whom God set forth as a
propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness,
because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously
committed, 26 to demonstrate at the present time
His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has
faith in Jesus. We are all on the same level and that is all
are sinners for we fall short of what God has given by His redemption.
Propitiation is needed and it is what He gave in the old and new Testaments. It
is His blood that makes us white as snow for he provided this healing to a
wounded soul. This all happened as God gave of His Son Jesus, so He took all
our sins upon Himself for the simple reason He provided a way out of this sin
nature by creating within us a new born again experience so we could start
living for Him. It is not by might but by His Sprit that we want to continue to
walk and talk to Jesus. Peter, and Paul here certainly knew the power of
repenting in order to keep a relationship to the Lord so they could have a
bearing upon others. The Church’s foundation is built upon Jesus Christ and His
righteousness was proven by the Disciples and will as the Old Testament
follower of the Lord as they repented of sin. Sin keeps us out of a
relationship with God and God mercy, grace and love are the divine
characteristic of God, He wants to give to every one of His followers. 27. Where is boasting
then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. It is for Gods glory
not mans that we are able to do the work of justification and salvation of
sinners. That is the reason it is not who we are, but who Jesus is that we are
abiding in. We can’t put the crown on our head it is the law of faith in God’s
will. It’s the law of faith, so we are lawful as the working of grace giving us
the ability to see the truth. 28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart
from the deeds of the law. Thank the Lord He has given us the
privilege of being justified by Faith not in self or in a man but faith in God.
29 Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is
He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, 30 since there
is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the
uncircumcised through faith. Thank the Lord as Gentiles we are
accepted in the beloved as we receive Gods love of His Son Jesus empowered by
the Holy Spirit to become what we were created for. One God, one Son and One
Holy Spirit was and is still given to all for God so loved this world yet today
in all its terrorist activities and bitterness. We are see Anti Symtec conduct
against the Jews like never before, even against the Church. The Bible says in
the last days’ people hearts will be affected by growing cold and dim. Lord
help us to make sure we circumcise all the sins that would defeat us preventing
us from running this race that is before us. 31 Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On
the contrary, we establish the law. Matthew Henry say, “The law is still of use to
convince us of what is past, and to direct us for the future; though we cannot
be saved by it as a covenant, yet we own it, and submit to it, as a rule in the
hand of the Mediator, subordinate to the law of grace; and so are so far from
overthrowing that we establish the law.” Let those consider this who deny the
obligation of the moral law on believers.” Thank the Lord for all that heard
and are still hearing the call “come unto me all that are weary and heavy laden
and I will give you rest.’ Then that person is submitted to the truth, way and
life that is found as we abide in the vine; Jesus, so we can produce His will
in our lives for without accepting the Lord there is no redemption,
justification, regeneration, grace, mercy or forgiveness. 1. Jesus is all the world
to me,
My life, my joy, my all;
He is my strength from day to day,
Without Him I would fall.
When I am sad, to Him I go,
No other one can cheer me so;
When I am sad, He makes me glad,
He’s my Friend.
My life, my joy, my all;
He is my strength from day to day,
Without Him I would fall.
When I am sad, to Him I go,
No other one can cheer me so;
When I am sad, He makes me glad,
He’s my Friend. 2. Jesus is all the world
to me,
My Friend in trials sore;
I go to Him for blessings, and
He gives them o’er and o’er.
He sends the sunshine and the rain,
He sends the harvest’s golden grain;
Sunshine and rain, harvest of grain,
He’s my Friend.
My Friend in trials sore;
I go to Him for blessings, and
He gives them o’er and o’er.
He sends the sunshine and the rain,
He sends the harvest’s golden grain;
Sunshine and rain, harvest of grain,
He’s my Friend. 3. Jesus is all the world
to me,
And true to Him I’ll be;
Oh, how could I this Friend deny,
When He’s so true to me?
Following Him I know I’m right,
He watches o’er me day and night;
Following Him by day and night,
He’s my Friend.
And true to Him I’ll be;
Oh, how could I this Friend deny,
When He’s so true to me?
Following Him I know I’m right,
He watches o’er me day and night;
Following Him by day and night,
He’s my Friend. 4. Jesus is all the world
to me,
I want no better Friend;
I trust Him now, I’ll trust Him when
Life’s fleeting days shall end.
Beautiful life with such a Friend,
Beautiful life that has no end;
Eternal life, eternal joy,
He’s my Friend.
I want no better Friend;
I trust Him now, I’ll trust Him when
Life’s fleeting days shall end.
Beautiful life with such a Friend,
Beautiful life that has no end;
Eternal life, eternal joy,
He’s my Friend.
